The original raw material is renewable sugarcane. After making sugar in the sugar factories, the residue sugarcane bagasse fiber becomes the raw material of our molded pulp products.
The raw materials are fully biodegradable; we do not add any harmful substances in the production; the whole production is a physical transformation. The whole pulp molding cycle and our molded pulp packaging products are earth friendly, biodegradable and compostable.

This insert is made out of wet press process. The surface is very smooth, the other side normally has mesh texture. We can customize the trays as per different product shapes and sizes.
